The primary goal of BeyHealth was to create an intuitive and accessible online platform aimed at connecting users with healthcare services and information. This project focused on building a user-centric experience that simplifies the process of managing health needs.
Challenge
The main challenge was to design and develop a healthcare platform that was both highly functional and extremely user-friendly, catering to diverse user needs while handling sensitive health information securely. Ensuring an intuitive navigation for various services (appointments, information, etc.) across different devices was also crucial.
Solution
I employed a user-centered design approach, starting with extensive research to understand user needs and pain points in healthcare navigation. Using Figma for design, I developed clean, accessible UI components and interactive prototypes. For development, I utilized WordPress to build a robust and responsive platform, leveraging its capabilities for content management and scalability. Key solutions included:
- Creating a clear and logical information architecture for easy access to health services.
- Designing an intuitive and visually appealing user interface that promotes trust and ease of use.
- Implementing responsive design principles to ensure optimal experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
